Is my double banjo bolt long enough to install properly to the master? It has only 5mm of thread remaining after the two fitings and 3 washers are placed on it.

Does not appear to be long enough to me!
Be safer with a little longer banjo bolt!

I checked and this double banjo is the same size as the ones i found at a store nearby so I'm sure once its on there and tightened up right it wont go anywhere.
