I'm going to go +2 on the rear sprocket. I'm not going down one in front yet. Anyone else do this also?

did it before
better to go down one off the front
you can get a steel sprocket for the front which is cheaper

So it made no difference to just go +2 on the back?

So far I've had good success with the Vortex F5 rear sprockets.
Many folks don't care for them, but that may be their standard sprockets.
I have to run non-OEM sprockets due to my Marchesini wheels, so I'm limited in the choice of sprocket sources.
The F5 is a hard anodized sprocket with teflon coating.
I installed it last May, and have put over 16K miles on it so far with hardly any noticeable wear.
Of course this was in conjunction with a new Renthal front sprocket and RK XSO chain.
So I'm a happy camper.

Yeah I heard the Vortex T5 or Renthal sprockets are good. I went with a Renthal. When I do the 520 conversion on my CBR I'll go with Driven sprockets.:D

16K miles in a year and 4 months??? You trying to have the rc with the most miles on it?

Stealth sprockets are the only way to go.

This is where I go to get all my sprockets & chains. Great prices & great customer service. Put in the notes what bike its for and they'll pre cut your chain to the correct length before it ships.

Stealth sprockets are the only way to go.

I bought it last April with 25K miles.
I currently have almost 45K miles this year.
What can I say, I love to ride. :D
