Is there any frame slider on the market, that can be installed by NOT cutting the bodywork? Which are the best kind to install? I have an '01.

im almost positive there are not, kind of sucks.

It sucks to cut the plastics, but no cut sliders that are offset to the mounting point on the frame are inherently less strong.
