This seat still retails for $250+. To the best of my knowledge, it is Black "Carbon" leather with matching panels and red piping. It is super comfortable and makes the RC a bit more bearable on long rides.
It is in excellent condition with no marks, rips, or tears.
I'm willing to trade for a good to excellent condition stock seat plus cash. Or, I will sell for $200 OBO.

These retail for $40 per cap. The brake master cylinder cover will also fit 1993-2007 Honda900/929/954/1000RR. Clutch will also fit 1998-2006 Superhawk and 2004-2006 1000RR.
I will sell both for $60 OBO.
