Hi,

I have a 2003-RC51. I have noticed the right side slip on (Sato Ti) gets way hotter than the left side. I can also feel more exhaust output from the right. I am wondering if this is correct or maybe a problem. I noticed the S pipe seems a staighter run into the right side so that may be why but I am not sure.
Any help ???????

The right side exhaust is connected to the rear cyclinder the rear cyclinder doesn't get the the air flow like the front one. the rear cylinder runs hoter.

Yea Mark, My Rc51 does the same thing. I have aftermarket carbon fiber slipons and my right side is starting to discolor from the same exact problem you're having. I guess i should of went with Titanium pipes. I have to agree with the person above who said its because the right side exhaust pipe is for the rear cylinder and has less time to cool before reaching the slipon portion of the exhaust.
