Well unfortunately I live in a place were im not able to ride year round. The bike is going to have to go down for a few winter months and considering its the first day of autumn... what am I going to have to do to winterize my Bike? Because i have no clue!

Here are the things i do to my bike pre-winter
1. Pull battery and put it on a battery tender
2. Put water remover/fuel treatment in gas.
3. Put bike on stands.
Also, cover it if there is any chance of small animal hibernation possible.
A lot of people say you need to turn the front wheel 5 times, sprinkle it with holy water and a bunch of other crazy stuff, but doing these 3 things has let my bike start instantly and run perfectly winter after winter. Good luck!

Thank GOD, here in VA, I ride most of the winter, I feel your pain though, I use to winterize in CT.

I've got a solution. You can spend half the winter with me on the Gulf Coast and the other half in Virginia with John. Problem solved!
