Also I just bought me another swingarm and wanted it just like yours or wanted to get it powdercoated. How did you get yours like that, paint stripper, sander??? I took my wheels on my R1 down to the metal and all I did was use some paint stripper. Is the swing arm the same way?

ok go to photobucket.com register and start downloading pics. it will give you 4 opitions under your pic. just right click and copy on the last opition and then come to where you want to post and right click agian and hit paste. hope that helps.
as for the swingarm the bike was already done, but he did strip it and used a sander with 1000 grit. and then polished it with a buffer of all things,(must have taken him forever.

I dont have to resize it or anything?

we got red sp1s in 00/01 and the white/black sp2s in 02, australia we never got nicky's cheers buddha

'04 came with Hindle CF's, PCIII, Galfer lines/discs/pads, TBR clips, CRG levers, Elka 3-way shock, Toby damper,
Puig screen, and only 2,000 miles...Plus the stock parts and exhaust in a box.

Good score! That thing is practically brand new! And you gotta love the size of those chickin strips on the rear tire.

Loved this colour the very first time they come out, to me this is how a bike should look the only other bike to come close, and I'm sure to get boohed at, is the 916 and the RC30/45:)

That looks to be a early version of the Hotbodies. Several of the older styles had the turn signals separate from the taillight.

While digging through some of my older photos, I stumbled across this one of my amazing, but now sold, 2005. It was a mistake to sell it, and one of the reasons that I decided to get back into RC ownership.

I love my 2004 NH, and it also comes with a heavy dose of sentimental value, but my 2005 was just so RIGHT. It had the Sato Ti Lows that have to be the PERFECT pipes for the RC, dyno-tuned by Mach1 through a hard-wired PCIII. I had put Galfer lines and pads on it before it was sold...I was really just getting going on it, when I decided to reach for a Ducati 1098R. What I should have done is kept the '05, and just reached a bit harder for the Duc. The 1098R is an absolutely amazing motorcycle, but the RC is just as fun on a Sunday morning in the canyons.

Well my bike has come a long ways from when I bought it 11 months ago. Had to do a lot of stuff to it, and always gonna be more stuff i wanna do to it. But for now, I'm just riding it a lot and enjoying what an awesome beast the RC51 is.

Working on doing a race tail and some other small goodies. She's my daily driver year round unless it's wet...absolutely don't trust the NM and Chihuaua drivers.

Thanks! I want to redo the belly logo and the RVT logo but I can't decide how or if I should. The white is just too..plain? If anything I will probably just play with the Racing part. Next is carbon fiber front fender and hugger. There is so much I want to do but I don't want to butcher the essence of the RC.

Current status... thank god there is still a 2 or 3 months until the weather gets decent here in Denmark.
