Ever since I bought a 2001 996 Biposto I have been wanting a RC51. I love Hondas and have owned MANY. 2-1987 CBR1000F's, 1-1988 CBR1000F, 1-1992 CBR900RR, 1-1997 CBR600F3, 1-1998 CBR900RR, 1-1997 CBR1100XX, 1-2009 CBR1000RR (repsol). Other bikes ive owned from birth 1968 Bridgestone 50, 1978 Yamaha Trail 80, 1972 Yamaha XT125, 1973 XT175 (125 with kit), 1976 Yamaha Trail 90, 1999 SV650, 2002 SV650, 2001 996 Biposto, 2-2002 MH900E's, 2006 PS1000LE. I think thats all of them. Anyways ive been riding since I was 6 years old. Currently I am deployed and I found a steal on craigslist for a 2005 RC51 with 245 miles on it. I sent my wife and buddy over to look at it and for 5000 bucks I got my ride! Looking forward to many modifications in the future. I currently now own a fully modified 1997 CBR1100XX (featured in sportrider magazine and on www.sportrider.com) a 1998 900RR (konica minolta scheme w/mods) 2009 CBR1000RR Repsol with some bolt ons, and now a stock 2005 RC51. Oh and I live in the most glorious place in the US to ride. San Diego CA!

Used to live in Riverside and El Toro.
So. Cal was very good place to ride.
But after moving to Sacramento and getting another bike in 02', the real deal is up here.

Only Angeles Crest gets So. Cal recognition as top-flight road.
Previously I felt Mt. Palomar route was great, after Ortega Hwy., but now the variety within 150 miles of here is outrageous. Lightly patrolled too.
