driving down the freeway and im glanceing in my side mirrors and i see my seat cover floating up and down like magic i was like WTF i tryed to grab it and it flew off on the freeway "F**K"! i was trying to stop right away on the freeway but i was about get taken out

so i got off looped back around like 5X's and got it all scratched up and part of it cracked

i was thinking to my self how did it come off .....

the lock inside feel apart on it own some how i have no idea how

so i need a new lock part thats conected to the sub frame that it clicks into
and the new cover i know the cover is going to be hard as hell to find in my paint set up its black with the silver number plates

anybody that can help me find one in that color set up would be great i dont care how much it is just let me know

got a new one on the way.... did everybody know the "paint work" on the seal cowl is a decal aka sticker? its true lol i got my new cowl and stickers on the way and new seal like $70 later lol

Mine came off the other day cause I didn't make sure it was secure after loading some stuff in there. I was lucky enough to see the shadow of it flying into the air after I hit some nasty bumps in the road. Fortunately I was able to retrieve it but it's all banged up and in need of some paint.

mine came off twice! make sure you use loctite on the bolts! they will vibrate loose

thats what happend to mine the lock inside fell apart threrefore nothing to hold it in place when i was going down the freeway

i belive the cowl itself is color injeted plastic and then the number plate area thats on the seat cowl is a decal aka sticker lol
