How do I know whether my fairings are stock or not? The guy that I bought from reassured me they are stock, but a section around one of the headlight housings looks like there's a slight gap. I knocked on 'em and they feel like stock ABS, but I noticed they're selling ABS aftermarket fairings. I'm probably worried over nothing, but it bugs me. Everything else lines up almost perfectly.

Anyways, in the case that they are aftermarket, I don't see the harm in just buying another set because I'm really digging either the white or the gunmetal gray color scheme on these RC51's.

hi mate stock ones have ABS and numbers stamped on the inside .the sides are made out of AE6/ABS mix plastic but will be stamped as well.hope that helps cheers buddha

Nah, the guy who owned the bike before me filled into the headlight cutouts in the front upper fairing with some kinda bondo or some crap. If I look at the inside of the fairing I see a bunch of it and it would seem he got a bit too excited when cutting the holes out again. :P
