Hello all,
I'm in the market for a rc51 for mainly a track bike, but occasionally for the street.
I know mechanically there is no difference in the 02-06(at least I think)
And there is only color diff.
Is there ANYTHING different between an 03 and an 04? There looks like the air intake on the nose looks different...am I just seeing things?

Mechanically, no difference. Only cosmetic.

The bikes are exactly the same. People say the Nicky edition is a little faster though....:D
If you buy the NIcky edition, you have to wear corn rows or a cheetah doo:D:D

I bought an 04 and I am not wearing that crap! But, I may dress up as pinhead from Hellraiser and terrorize the streets!

Congrats - great choice! I picked up my stock '04 with 1,600 miles on it this past summer and couldn't be happier :D The pride of ownership of one of these bikes is awesome - enjoy!
