Getting ready for some trackdays, looking to set sag front and rear tonight but don't have anyone that can help lift the front of the bike and measure total travel to set sag (insert tiny violins here). Manual doesnt' say, anyone done this and know what overall travel is in mm?
Hugely appreciated...If you know rear travel as well...

I can't say I know the actual measurement. But when I was still in the Corps, there was this place here that did suspension tunes for military for free, anyhow, what they said was that in hard braking you want your sleeves to not go farther than like half an inch from the wheel and caliper mount on the fork, I hope this makes sense.

The 129mm is at full extension.
Normal travel is around 120mm.
