Yesterday I replaced my front brake pads. I noticed when I get over 75KM/Hr or 50 miles an hour I get what sounds like a buzzing noise. Pulling in the front brake lever does not effect the noise. The front wheel turns but I can feel some friction with the brake pads against the rotor. I thought maybe I should remove some brake fluid from the master cylinder but it is near the top. Any suggestions?

You could try letting out a little brake fluid to see if the noise lessens or goes away.
Are these with stock rotors?

The rotors are stock. I think I will blead the front brakes and lower the brake fluid level in the master cylinder.
