We're ready here in NJ...beer, wine, ice and some food all ready for the bitch to arrive! Just have to pack up the outside stuff before she gets here and maybe get a mt bike ride in tomorrow.

I have about 180lbs of anti-looters here....aka Jake 120lb GSD and a 60lb INSANE beotch named Lilly. I think they will skip our house. lol

That is def one beautiful dog! Make sure when the weather comes you keep an eye on them. Strange weather makes animals act out of their ordinary.

Central massachusetts here, waiting....

i spent about an hour yesterday moving the RC from its home in the shed into the basement of my house and moving all my tools indoors as well. i am NOT looking forward to this crap...Ive got gorgeous 8-foot circumfrence oaks around my house that are not looking so "gorgeous" to me anymore.

I'm in eastern nc, we're getting some pretty strong winds and the power went out last night, but so far so good. The fam and I are living it up out in the Caddy with rear DVD watcing Burn Notice. yesterday, I got the RC tucked in to her temporary bed along with a friends RC.

How's everyone else doing?

Watching news Irene has hit Virginia with some hurricanes, and pounding rain. Gonna be lots of power outages and more severe weather to come in nex 24 hrs. Doesn't look good...

Too late for that once the Weather Service officially calls a storm by name. As well, the folks in Louisians found out, damage was caused by flood, not hurricane...:rolleyes:

Man, it looks rough. I heard 200,000 people out of power already.

Yeah, I am home taking a break from the heat and excellent racing. Took a peek at the Weather Channel coverage...Irene is a total bitch it seems.

Storms gone (massachusetts), power is still out, RC is safe, no damage so far that i can see. I was one of the luckier ones.

Only lost the power for 1min here in NJ....I lucked out. Also, only lost one tree to the storm, too bad it went right thru the fence.:mad: Anyway, 30 min with the chainsaw and a little bending and we have our fence back....it just doesn't look so good right now.:D
