Hi everyone, just picked up a 2004 today. I love it.

I come from I4's: CBR1100XX, CBR929RR, and most recently an FZ1, but when I test rode a Tuono a year ago, I knew my next bike would be a twin!

I have a couple of questions, if anyone cares to respond:

Were there two models in 2004? The bike I bought has the Hayden signature on the tank and the Woody emblem on the fairing but none of the others. AFAIK there was only the one model, the Nicky Hayden edition.

The previous owner installed a Rumble Concepts undertail and it's just not my favorite, besides it's black. What do you think would be a reasonable price to ask for this piece? $125?

Thanks, That is what I thought but I was wondering about the missing sponsor stickers...

Actualy every 04 was a Hayden edition all the other sponsor stickers came as a kit. Some dealers put the sponsor stickers on during setup. Some just gave you the kit to put on yourself. You have a Hayden edition. Three easy ways to tell.

1. White # plates.
2. Bare aluminum frame.
3. Nicky's sig on the tank.

That makes sense. I was wondering why I was seeing some with and some without.

I kind of like the stickers, does anyone know where I could find a kit?
