why is the leading edge of the rc51 tank squared off and bulging out?

when my wrists hit that corner i get annoyed.

anyone in agreement with me?

No clue why.
And yes, it annoys me as well, but that's the way it is.

The edges of the tank also can get hit by the clip-ons in a fall.
Mine has two dimples on the right leading edge from the previous owner.
I'm going to get them taken care of one day.

Yes, I have a hard time making tight slow turns in a parking lot because of it.
