I bought a clipon from Rockwall. Cost me about $70 excluding the shiiping to Singapore...Fix & test. Felt, right hand numb of vibration. Is there any solution on this?...

I can only suggest trying to finding aftermarket bar end weights to damp the vibration.
Some places have them in varying weights/lengths.
