Show us your lids!

Post a pic up of your everyday riding helmet and why you chose it.

Here's mine...Shark RSR2. I love the simplicity of the visor hinge design and one push release. 3mm thick visor like an F1 driver. Carbon fiber so it's also one of the lightest on the market. Super soft lining and very quiet.

Why did you choose yours?

From left to right : Shoei RF1000, Arai (old), Shoei Multitech. The last one is the guest helmet, or occasionally I wear it if I'm to lazy to change out the tinted visor on the other two helmets at night time.
Chose these brands for quality reputation and fit.

11???? That's a little excessive isn't it? lol. I have just 4 right now. This one is my all time favorite, it's a Foggy replica. Got long in the tooth and then I fell of my snowmobile and hit some rocks. So can't be used anymore.

yeah 11 is alot, but i do bike crash estimates on the side for geico. they replace any helmet with the slightest scratch on it. the geico rep here gives me the helmets, i send them to a place in pennsilvania to be inspected for safe use and then i keep or sell them.

I wanted the best helmet in a design I liked. I'm an Arai man. Kept with the best.

As for design, I wanted to match colours with my RC51, with red, black, silver/white. And I wanted a more "aggressive" design this time around. Had more generic stuff on my last helmets.

I saw no designs in the Corsair's that I like. I ended up with a RX-Q. Quieter on the street, which I appreciate.

Here is the new Duetet I have, which is no longer made as of a month or so ago.

As much as I like Arai, Shoei fits my egghead better.
