I'm tired of fighting for a used Sato that are overpriced so I went ahead and pick up this brand new Carbon Fiber Yoshimura set. It is abou 11 pounds so I save 10 lbs since the original weight in at 21 lbs on my scale. Hey... the sound is pretty good too. It fits very nicely.
I try two maps so far (M114-011.djm - Yoshimura slip-ons Stock or aftermarket air filter & M114-509.djm -Leovinci SBK Racing Slip ons Derestricted Airbox Flapper valve removed No Toil air filter)
I have gutted air box & gutted snork and the 509 map really kick ass. Here are a few pics.... Enjoy....

Bike looks good. Everyone knows that the '03 has the best paint.
Spend the money to get it tuned, you'll thank yourself for it. Or at the very least, do a baseline run to check your air/fuel ratios. That should be fairly cheap, and if you're lucky a local shop will do a dyno day or shoot out and you can get the baseline for cheap/free. You spent good money on the bike and the exhaust, now it's time to spend a little more and get the most out of what you've already spent.
Yes, there is a local shop here that charge $40 for dyno run. I dyno it last year for a base line and it made 119 HP at the wheel. Will get it custom tuned soon but after front tire (Mich power 3) and 520 chain conversion since those are needed now. I do want to make sure the a/f ratio is not all over. Thanks.
