Bikebolts dot com... geez

Can I get some input here? I'm struggling with this business.

Summary-
4/17: order placed, money pulled 4/18
4/26: marked as shipped, USPS label created but never dropped off
Today: Still can't get any information on order.

Full story-

Order placed 4/17 for a full RC body fastener kit through website, not ebay. Whoosh money gone on 4/18. Checking status on website, shows processing for what seems like forever. Wooo finally on 4/26 it says shipped and I've got a USPS tracking number.

Some more time passes, no kit, so I tried to get ahold of them last week. Email sent, no response. After many phone attempts last week (I'm aware of the business hours) I finally talk to who I presume is the owner. He says it's his wife who fills orders or responds to emails, but he'll get me a status and get back with me. Cool deal, thanks man.

Still nothing. I have left messages and called repeatedly, NOTHING. I made it clear in my messages that I can be patient if I have some information, otherwise I'm moving on. Tried them many times today, nothing.

Que up USPS tracking, and to this day (5/7/2013) I'm still seeing...
"Electronic Shipping Info Received"

I'm considering a paypal claim...

* Just now checked ebay and currently the most recent feedback on ebay is this-
"Horrible communication. Would not recommend. Says shipped but been weeks"

As an interweb retailer, id say dispute this asap. They took some eight days to ship after the charge, imo thats a red flag. Unless your ordering a pallets worth thats way to long. As far as the delivery, dont hold it on em to hard, as its mostly out of their hands after it shipped and Usps is the worst when they fuck up,(thats also assuming they actually shipped it and didnt just print a label, a common and shady practice). If you want to stick it to em, just file a dispute. Youll get your money back and they'll get hit with a 'fine' for fuckin up..some 13 business days later...thats what I would do. But also getting in contact with them... use the dispute to your leverage. Tell them your going to file the dispute and they will probably reply fairly quickly...at least if they are concerned with profits. But thanks for the heads up, will be making a mental note of this sites service's.

Thanks for the input. Most definitely it's going in the direction of a claim. The patience hourglass is counting down and my phone hasn't rung. I don't expect it to. On those 8 days, that was the time it took just to mark it as shipped and create the label. USPS is not the greatest per shipping, but I have my doubts that anything even got boxed up to ship out.

After making my initial post, I looked further into that ebay feedback. Dang, MANY of the feedbacks note poor shipping and poor communication while still giving positive marks. From the one time I had him on the phone and the overall lack of communication, I'm left with the impression that they are a business not looking to stay in business.

Don't wait too long to file the claim...they have a specific time frame.

What are the odds, we've suddenly got movement on the tracking number this evening. Note the date of "Electronic Shipping Info Received" at 4/26.

If I receive a good product I'll be happy and let it go, but still... not cool.

I'd still dispute it and return the shit. They aren't going to learn anything from this unless you return the favor. And, if they are this great at boxing shit up and sending it out, how great is their product?

I understand that shit happens, but that is only forgivable when there is communication. I've had to file paypal disputes to get sellers off their asses. I find it odd that some people are much quicker on the draw when you take money away from them vs. sending money to them.

I'm always right.
