Which is a faster bike vs 2000 rc51.

But does bigger displacement or hp, torque always mean faster ? I know the Yamaha has 5 valves per cylinder.. I am not too familiar with sport bikes keep in mind.

I have a k& n power commander, but It doesnt seem like it did much. I had a tl1000r that seemed faster stock. But does bigger displacement or hp, torque always mean faster ? I know the Yamaha has 5 valves per cylinder.. I am not too familiar with sport bikes keep in mind.

Sorry my bad...I did not see you had a comparison bike. I had a ThunderAce...hella fast. I think top speed I would give to the Yam.
