RC51 - Best Used Buy

Was flipping through the May 2013 issue of Cycle World while having lunch to day, and ran across a page where they were touting their RC51 as the best used motorcycle buy.

They also plugged this forum, and the other two RC51 forums as well, (Speedzilla and Fireblades.org).
However, I believe the edge went to this forum.

From a forum with hardly any members back in 2008, to the number of active members today, and getting its own recognition in Cycle World as a source of information. Good job everyone!

They said that Fireblades has more information on the RC51 than the other fireblades the forum is supposed to represent.
I can tell you that is an error. I've been a member there as long as I've been a member here. That forum is about 80% blades: 954's, 929's, Babyblade 400's, are the most talked about bikes for sure.
This forum has more info about RC51's than any other active forum I've found out there.
I know LDH has Rouge, but I don't know how active that is anymore. I understand they don't accept new members?...

The RC and first gen Aprilia Mille's are definitely the best bang for the buck. And for somewhere around 4k you get something a bit different then the I4, with SBK heritage, mean VTwin, and fun as hell to ride.

Caviot to this is, on the Ape...you better not break the plastics. They are difficult to find and not readily available new. Kind of like the RC

I'd buy yours GTS if I had the extra cash!
