DanMoto Carbon GP Style review

Hi all,
So I decided to post my first review. I've been doing some research on the ever-so cheap exhaust from our friends in China better known as DanMoto. I even emailed them and asked some questions, and recieved prompt knowledgeable responses, directly answering all of my questions. I began my DanMoto journey very skeptical and with little hope for a good experience, yet at only $170 for two mid pipes two cans and all of the hardware, I just had to try. Shipping was 60 dollars, and took about 12 days to arrive from the other side of the world. The items were extremely well packaged and free of any visible defects. I first noticed 2 things that are slightly concerning, the thickness of the stainless and the rivets directly through the carbon wrap, lacking a collar. On the positive side, the cf looked nice and welds on the caps were very nice and uniform. (see pictures)
The fit of the exhaust is perfect and it has a sharp appearance on the bike. The exhaust note at idle is very nice and I noticed an increase in throttle response over my yosh ss mids. Under load the exhaust is very loud, almost to an irritating level but still sounds quite menacing. Removable baffles are available, but i probobly wont go that route. So far I've gone about 100 miles with zero issues . Next step is a tune to make sure I am running good. Overall I would say I am pleased with the amount of money I spent. I will however be holding onto my Yosh just in case. I am in no way saying these are better or worse than any exhaust on the market, I was simply bored and decided to entertain myself with some cheap fun, and it turned out better than I had hoped. Here are the pictures (if i can get them to work). If anyone has any recommendations on new jersey are tuners or a map to try I would appreciate it. Enjoy!!!

If I was going to go with an inexpensive can, I would probably go with them (after looking around for closeouts on major brand stuff). I've heard good things about them and their customer service. Always a few people not happy with parts, but that is where good customer service comes into play. I almost bought a can from them for my 250, but found a good deal on a new full muzzy header and can for less than half of retail. Now I have three headers and one good can

^That is also saying a lot, knowing my stance on rip-off shit from china.

I'm always right.

I have a dan moto gp extreme on my CBR1000RR and have had it now for 3-4 years and it has 5-6K miles on it. No issues or complaints in fact people always ask me what it is as it sounds sweet. I will tell you at full throttle i get major gpwood as I swear im riding a GP bike!

Bmiller muzzy is good stuff and probobly would have done the same.

I thought about experimenting with their clip ons for the rc but that isnt exactly a part i would like to have fail on me, probobly crap my pants if my handlebar fell off.

and cbr there really is nothing better than wide open throttle with obnoxiously loud exhaust plus that can looks awesome on your bike

like most i used to be very skeptical about the danmoto exhausts. But i've read so many good reviews about them that i would actually consider them, especially for a track bike. Decent quality and very cheap. I have actually never heard a complaint about them. And at the price it's easy to have spares at the track.
