RC51 Tail Decal & Radiator Fan Question

I am putting back together a former RC51 track bike which has SP1 (engine, harness, swing arm, etc) and SP2 (frame) parts on it and have two questions.

1. I have a scratched up OEM RC51 tail that it is black painted around the seat and a stripe that goes down the rear seat tail cover. So I have the all silver tail cover and wondered what year decal would fit it that has the black stripe going down the center? Everything I found online has the black decals on the left and right side of the tail cover and what I need is just opposite. Not sure what year my tail is from.

This is not my bike but here is a picture of a RC51 with my tail.

2. Does anyone know whether a SP1 left fan is the same size as an SP2 left fan? My bike came with a left fan but it looks like it is a little too big and is having a clearance problem with my frame.

That is the 2003 black tail.

SP2 fan: 19030-MCF-D31 MOTOR ASSY., FAN

I believe they are different....I have never had to work on these so someone else may be able to confirm. Try a search too.
