I would start by looking at your electrical connections for your blinkers then your blinker relay.

Yeah the blinker relay works the same for either side.
The difference being the side the signal switch selects.
If it works fine for one side, but not the other, start checking the faulty side's wiring and components.

@sub sailor/Andrew thanks so much guys , I'm gonna check all the wiring from the socket to the cluster with a voltmeter and see what I get , when they were installed (heat shrink) was used as I don't care for the bung connection..

@subsailor , now the cluster backlight doesn't illuminate , I just ordered a whole new harness for the front , this is real frustrating as the bike is my only means of transportation ..

Does your tail light work?
If you lost instrument panel illumination and operation, and tail light, you may have blown the 10A fuse E in the fuse box during troubleshooting.

@subsailor , yes tail/brake lights works, the (turn signal indicator) (high beam indicator) lights do not illuminate on the dash neither only the (neutral /oil lights works) the cluster still reads (speed/tach/trip/odometer) jus no backlight ..when I tested the wires for the right turn signal , the voltage barely even came up on the voltmeter . That's why I order a brand new front harness , no wires or frayed/burnt corroded or nothing of that sort .

Does the switch for your blinkers feel stiff or stixky? I had similar issues that your describing and blew multiple fuses in pursuit. After a while of nothing I ended up following my issue to the control/switch on the bars. Eventually I took the whole unit apart, cleaned the contacts, re greased the moving part and havent had any issues since. Not sure if it was the actual cause, but it was fuckin filthy in there and a clean seemed to alleviate my issues...

I've had a similar issue with mine. I found that my problem was with the turn signal switch, itself. My bike is an '02 that Ive had since new and the contacts in the switch were getting bad with age. I took it apart and cleaned up everything and lubed it up with a little di-electric grease and it works fine now.
