Question on MRacing mirrors

I received my mirrors today and the stems look a little short to work on the RC. The stems on the mirrors I received are about 3/4 inch (19 mm) from the bottom of the pivot ball to the mounting base.

Could someone who has a set measures theirs?

I have emailed Simon, but I'm a little to eager try these out to wait

Thanks
James

MRacing makes multiple stem lengths for their mirrors. You can purchase longer ones from them.

This I am aware of.

I ordered the the long stem ones listed for the SP1/SP2, I am just trying to double check that I received the ones I odered.
If I have received the wrong ones I shouldn't have to buy other parts to make my order right.

I'm not going to mount these on the bike until I know for sure in case I have to send them back.

James

Hey, I knew you had the mirrors, I already photo stalked you and others.
To me it's looking like my are a bit shorter.

But I have really cute elbows I had a set of cheap ebay mirrors a while back and they were really short and that was about all I could see

A pic of holding the mirror to the bike, I still have one of your block off plates under the mirror.

Thank you Sir, you are a scholar

I had that same thought when I measured mine. Wrap the end in masking tape, then it shouldn't scratch anything.

So many great people on here willing to help if you nag and sound desperate enough
