Massive flames out of exhaust

I was watching my video from yesterday's canyon run in Angeles crest , on one section I downshifted from 5th to 3rd and noticed mad flames out both tail pipes, my mods are only k&n filters , -1 +2 sprockets, flapper valve mod, Dan moto gp extreme pipes ,all my maintenance is current up to date , oil change done 617 mi ago , I have 29,617 miles no mechanical issues ,. Is this normal ???

LMAo, no kidding. When you downshift like that, the engine is decerating and you are dumping fuel into the exhaust system that hasn't been burnt. You'll see that on NASCAR cars as they enter turns as well.

But then you find out that using engine braking wears through your tires in no time at all, as I found out. lol. My NC35 had a Blueflame pipe on it and when I put the bike on the dyno so some bloke could jet the bike, flames would shoot out the pipes too. It is impressive.
