Does anyone know how much one of these was new, I was bidding for one on ebay that sold for $177 usd
It's the first one I've seen, but to rich for me!!!!

There is a thread on that auction here. It said new it was $200. Kind of a white elephant IMO. With any suspension work these and stock are too short. The adjustable stand is the way to go.

I got mine extended by a blacksmith, repainted and a new spring for less than 50 ($70). IMO the adjustable stand is a complete waste of time, its not as if you'll need to adjust it all the time is it?!

It would seem if you write SATO on anything its gonna cost you an arm and a leg, but you get what you pay for, and their stuff is good, but $200 for a side stand

It's Ti. weight savings is a big deal and every ounce counts.

That being said I have an Alum one on my Mille-R and it doesn't weigh crap.

I have an aluminum sms adjustable with a C/F scuff protector and the difference between stock kyle link and taller rear tire all used different spots.

Is that a Quick Shifter I see lurking in the background? I remember looking into one of those 2 yrs ago and was put off due to them being a b*tch to set up correctly.
