Lotus motorcycle?

Comfort level looks like it would be terrible, but I'd ride it.

The Lotus C-01 Is A Stunner Superbike From The Man Behind Tron: Legacy

We knew Lotus, despite their many troubles, was making a motorcycle, or at least getting someone else to make it while they stuck their name on it. Now we know what it looks like, and it can best be summed up in one word: damn.
This is the Lotus C-01. It will be built by Kodewa, the German outfit that built Lotus' Le Mans car. It was designed by Daniel Simon, formerly of Bugatti and movies like Tron: Legacy. And it will apparently go on sale soon in very limited quantities, although pricing hasn't been announced. Only 100 are set to be produced.

Besides the gorgeous looks, why should you care? Because it sounds like an impressive performer. Top Gear says it has a high-performance brakes, a four-stroke 1195cc V-twin engine that puts out 200 horsepower, and weighs a smidge under 400 pounds.
More importantly, one version comes in that sweet, sweet Martini livery. Sure, it's just a limited-run thing, and it certainly isn't the answer to Lotus' many problems these days. But it's neat. I wouldn't kick it out of my garage.

Riding is what keeps you on your toes...

Bonneville Salt Flats top speed bike. That's about all. Doesn't even look good, IMO. Seems like a lot of wasted money to me.

Yeah, I think they look pretty..... pretty fucking stupid. Someone in their marketing department or R&D department needs to get fired for green lighting that thing. That said, it is only a toy for the rich anyways. It isn't really made to be ridden. Kinda like the Ferrari motorcycles

I'd still ride it though.

I'm always right.

From a company like Lotus, I'd expect serious high-tech.
Like a carbon fiber frame around a V-4, or V-6, or even a V-8.

And twin shocks?
You'd think it would have active suspension, which Lotus invented (with financing from GM).
Like many "styling exercises", I'm surprised it doesn't have a Harley engine under the skin.

Unlike the Ferrari concept motorcycle.
At least there, they used a V-4 slice of the Enzo engine.
Ugly bike, but I like the engine.
