Question Half Covers?

I ride to work almost every day and the sun has faded the blue fork caps to almost the blue of this face () among other things too. Im looking for a cover thats small enough to fit in the tail.

Any ideas?

I've been thinking about the CoverMax Sportbike Half Cover http://www.motorcyclegear.com/parts/...alf_cover.html

If you have one, Please give me your 2 cents about your cover.

Thanks,
James

It looks nice on the sample photo (an RC51 at that!).
I don't have any experience with it, so I can't say how tightly it will fold or roll into a bundle.
Maybe others have one that can chime in.

Yeah the photo of the RC is a big selling point for me. The GPI stands I have aslo have a RC51 on their page too. Really good stands $150 for the set, but I have another thread for them.

I just ordered a cover from Durashield - their currently running a 50% off sale. Its a full cover and what I like is that its cotton lined on the inside so it should be easy on the paint with the on and off process. Also comes with storage pouch. I use mine at work and leave it at the office. Here the link if your interested.

Here are pics of cover on bike:

Geza gear!!! Best half cover out there and you can even tow with it on.....you can also stuff it into the tail if you don't have much back there.

I really like the Geza covers but out of my price range right now.

Anyone know of any other covers that I could look in to?

I have a geza and love it!! My wife has the cover max its really loose and is more like one size fits all. It will certainly keep the sun and dust off ...That being said there isn't much storage in the tail you may need a back pack for which ever one you choose.

2000 RVT 1000R
Scorpion high mount shorties
custom paint/powdercoated wheels
flapper/pair delete
Titax quickset levers
K/N filters
Vortex chain,sprockets and frame sliders
apex cone HID conversion

R&G superbike cover fits perfect and was top rated in RIDE UK. 40 pounds and 25 pounds to ship or so.
Have used it at work (keep it there in the dedicated covered motorcycle parking area) for over a year. Very sophisticated venting and inside padding to resist any mold build up or scratching problems.
R&G has many tasty RC51 items on the web site.
Enjoy

I know they are a bit expensive but they last FOREVER!! I have 3 and my oldest cover is well over 10yrs old and is still just like the day I bought it.
