Need help

I have a 2000 rc that was recently vandalized, bad, it broke the frame. The question I have is what would be a good price to accept for it, but it wasn't just any sp1, it's #001047, and mint

I plan on parting it out, I meant how much would be a good price to accept from insurance being that it's number 1047, I've seen sp1s from 3500 to 10,000. And in case anyone needs anything I'm going to part it out completely, I'll sell y'all anything. I'm gonna post it in for sales also but the parts that are junk are all the fairings, frame, subframe, left radiator, and upper stay. Just about everything else is good. I'm sure their is a lot of parts that I'm not including but you get the general idea. Call if you need a part (409)651-8145

I'd like to know what they did to break the frame.
What'd they do, run over it with a bulldozer?
