Almost got a free Stuntbike gas tank today

I've only had my RC51 about two weeks, I decided to remove the fairings to check everything out one of the vent tubes ended up hanging really low, so when I reassembled the bike I kind of just shoved it back up into place not giving it much thought. Well Well the next morning to my horrier I found the gas tank looking smashed down like one of those crazy stunt bikes!! Not really the look I'm going for!! I opened the tank up and releasd the vacuum but the dam thong only popped up like half way back dam! I rode it to work anyways and left the bike out in the sun and to my surprise it built pressure up and popped back to normal. hows that for lucky, well I new what I did and fixed the pinched vent hose. Well just thought I'd share and let you guys laugh at my stupidity HaHa

You're lucky it popped out.
Most of the time it's rather permanent.

You know gts455 after this happened to me my first thought was if I ever got a dent I now know how to pop it out.. mabe you could try it on you're dent? I guess it depends on the dent: if its just pushed in yea, but like stretch metel probably not. IF your brave; let your bike get cold in a garage then vise grip the vent hose under the tank and put the bike in the sun and check on it in like one hour mabe you'll be surprised like me! oh I had like half a tank when all this happened

Maybe, right now the tank is empty with no pump on it and is off the bike. Its in the front right corner right on the corner where it curves so its an awkwrd spot, but no paint cracks or anything sooo.... thats good.
