Best place for fairings?

Ebay is out, Anyone know of a good place to buy a full fairing kit for sp1 rcs? I found some that total with shipping about $500 so that sound's like a decent deal, Thanks.

Stay away from the eBay fairings from china. They look nice but are basically junk. I've seen a few first hand and they fit like crap, will crack if you look at them sideways, and will melt easily.

Go with eBay for used oem units, or cycle central powersports for new oem.

Not as cheap as Chinese knock-0ffs, but I've heard good things about this company.

They're made from ABS and have heat shielding.

Those look exactly the same as the stuff on eBay. Notice in their contact info they don't list an address stateside, or have a phone number besides the toll free one. Pretty sure that I read that it was just a guy importing the same ones into the states. They are all abs, and all of them will brag about that and heat shielding.

$800 is quite a lot for questionable quality. You will still need to pay money on top of that for painting the tank. Might as well spend less or the same getting used oem, and then paint them. At least you will know that they will fit 100% of the time.

Notice that they also have a 20% restocking fee. So even if they take them back, you are out $160. Another thing to think about is the resale value on them. I've never seen a used set of these eBay fairing for sale at more than $100, most just give them away.
