Riding a couple of old school hondas

Went for a breakfast ride this weekend with a couple of old friends, me with my 12 year old RC and him on his 14 year old 929, no ABS, no Traction control, no multiple power maps...

Nice, is your friend's 929 mostly stock besides the exhaust? Sure looks like a survivor.

I agree nice looking bikes and that 929 looks pretty clean, those are getting hard to find in decent condition.

Yep....just the Erion Racing slip on and racetech fork springs and running the factory clutch with 68K miles, he bought it new with 0 miles and she's still running strong!

I always preferred the 929 over the 954. Just a damn fine streetbike all the way around

I agree....we've done a ton of track days and it's been to the mountains of TN/NC more times than I can remember and that 929 has never boken down or left us stranded.
