Knee caught the pavement accidentally, ever happen to anyone else??

Was taking a nice/hard ride up VA/WV 33 line and was coming around the top of the MTN when all of a sudden I felt my knee dragging along the pavement. I never thought that I was getting that low, had a buddy following me a day earlier and he was saying I was 2" or less from the pavement but I didn't beleive him. What is best to buy to protect my knees??? Pants with pucks?? suit?? knee busters from lowes??? I'll have to think of something eventually just trying to get some advice.

James

I would say a good health insurance policy.

I always thought it would be awesome to get some of those swivel casters like on a shopping cart and strap it to my knees.

+2 on the full leathers....as far as the emergency room, stay out of those....I hear broken people go there

don't put a knee down without sliders. My buddy got his down without them for about 2 seconds last year and we saw his kneecap that day.
