I'd kill the bastards even if they don't touch the RC.....

I killed it a threw it back in the woods ( with the rake I held it down with before half ass cutting its body with some scissors ) but the blood trail was still there this morning when I left for work. The snake was right at about a foot long and it was black and yellow. The SOB started shaking it tail at me but I didn't see or hear a rattler on it.

All we have around here are garter snakes and even they are rare (thankfully). Used to catch and play with them when I was a kid though. Yellow and black in a striking pattern (no pics ?) in the wild usually means danger of some degree and the shinier the black (more striking) usually means higher degree (have a buddy that's a university bug and reptile expert) of nastiness As to anything touching the RC, you have my full appreciation, unless you consider looks of awe and adoration as 'touching'; that should be embraced

Duct tape can't fix stupid...but it sure helps muffle the sound
