Good pick embee! I caught how Honda farmed production out to China to keep cost down. Hmmmmm....., don't like the sweat shop association, but that's the way of the world right now.

Will we be able to buy these at HomeDepot, Fry's, Walmart, or any other of our favorite Chinese cheapshit outlets?

Honda has been doing this for years.....the technologies they want to keep secret all stay in Japan.

The Chinese have been ripping of Honda designs for years (aka Rokita)

Honda Fit....mostly Chinese parts (Sub components, HVAC unit for sure) These will be made in Mexico soon...

Who HAVENT they ripped off? Coca Cola, Levis, Sony, are just a couple that have all been copied and bootlegged by them.
They may be the leaders in patent and copy right infringement.
I have to buy some chinese, (except chinese take-out ) but try not to. You just can't get away from it tho.

Getting back on topic, I would go look at one of those bike's as a little run around bike. If they were available here, that is. Probably gets about 60-70 mpg?

I loathe buying anything made in China. It is such junk.
But you can't avoid it. Everything is made there.
I have no idea what the US makes anymore.
I recall Perot mentioning this several years ago when NAFTA was up for a vote, but nobody believed him.
I bet they believe him now.

http://www.hel-mart.com/comments.php Like the epic Bait and Switch that Wal-Mart pulled. Remember when they first started and everything was labeled "Made in America"....you will be hard pressed in some states to find on employee that was made in America.

That "Made in America" bit ended when old man Walton died.
His kids quickly tore those signs down.

Ah well, listen to us...my Dad lived through WW2 and despised the Japanese for their cowardice attack...I work for/with them and we all love the stuff they make.

My point to this post is the bike they sell for $600 will never hit our shores...at least not for $600

The meek shall inherit the earth, right?

Maybe, maybe not, but they'll have cheap motorcycles.
