thread pitch

Hey guys wondering if anyone can help me out.

I purchased some Galfer superbike brake lines you know the ones that have a fitting that threads into the caliper and the lines thread to the fittings, no banjo bolts.

Does any one know the thread pitch on the line end?

I know the the threads on the caliper side is 10x1.25 but I need the thread pitch on the line end.

I would measure myself but my brakes lines are still in Washington at my cousins place and I won't get there for a couple of weeks still.

Any help would really be appreciated.

You mean the banjo bolt for the rear caliper? It's also 1.25mm
Bembo uses 1.0mm, which is something to watch for if you switch over to their master cylinders.

No I mean the thread pitch on the aftermarket Galfer lines...I think they may be -3 or -4 with some sort of npt type thread.

From the looks of them I'd guess they're a AN -3 fitting.
I would contact Galfer to double-check prior to replacement.
AN fittings use a 37 deg taper on the fittings.

Received a response from Galfer...seems their fittings ARE proprietory and after a little bit of info exchange, the nice fellow from Galfer is sending me out some fittings to fit my new calipers no charge.

I guess the moral is if you don't ask you never will get...
