I was about to say make one and noticed you thought of that already. Honestly I don't think it's too difficult to make one and is most likely your best bet.
I don't want to poo on the thread but this is one of the reasons I sold out and went with a "brand-x" exhaust. I was genuinely scared that I would break mine and not be able to replace it.
