Tail light going out

Hi everybody I've had this problem for a while my tail lights go on and off or dim and undim. usually when it gets shaken around so on the road it happens a lot. I wanted to get in and fix it today but there is a bunch of stuff going on under the seat. I'm not quite sure what everything is and it looks a bit of a mess. Heres a video:
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ditch the fleabay undertail from Peru....mine came with a similar one. Installed a Mototek and case solved,

LOL @ the way you're beating on the undertail in the video.

First thing I would do is re-trace all of the electrical wiring that is connected with those "butt-splice" connectors and opt for soldering those wires up or making fresh/new connections with some heat-shrink tubing.

If everything apppears to be connected in the proper fashion, there's probably just a loose connection (hard/brittle wiring and/or a loose wire within one of the butt-splices?).

Simple fix, just have a little patience and label each wire if you plan on disconnecting more than one wire at a time so you know where everything belongs if you are apprehensive with electrical wiring jobs...g'luck !

Get rid of these

and use soldering method with heat shrinking tubes.

I believe that is your main cause of the problem.
