A selection of pics taken with the guys from Tyga Performance, whilst they were over last weekend for the Motegi Moto GP, which some might like to see.
It seems each year the selection of historic bikes on display varies; the Endurance RC51 & RC45 were missing this year.
Being 2-stroke nuts especially, they drooled over the amazing collection of bikes. I don't think there was any question I asked they couldn't answer about the historical significance of the bikes we looked at - Walking encyclopedias!
This NSR250SP 1998 model had approx 20,000km so it's used, but had been painstakingly restored too.
This CBR400RR was also super sweet. Again, with average mileage but beautifully restored as well.
They put on a display of historic race bikes whose engines they started on Saturday early evening, warmed up then revved, to the delight of all the bike nuts attending the Moto GP weekend.
One of the halls has road bikes on display. Nowhere near all the bikes Honda has ever produced, but always an interesting selection to look at, all pristine of course!
The NR750 was a firm favourite, not least as Tyga have one of their very own in their collection of bikes, so it's a machine they know well of which I've heard fascinating stories of their experiences of riding & ownership.
