Hey all i have the opportunity to buy an unmolested full system from Akra for the SP1. What would be a fair price for this system? Headers included.

You can get them for around 800 in the UK new but they are stainless steel headers and although look nice in the box they are an absolute git to fit. I spent hours and hours on mine and then took it back and bought a LBP instead.

If it has Titanium headers then its a NOS part and is worth lots more.

That would be a fair price i would think. If you see some thing like that can you please flag it to me or send me the link. Where would you be checking this? Many thanks for your input on this.

I have a set on order for my SP2 think they will cost about 1200. That's for stainless with carbon cans. They should arrive any day.

I'd change to ti cans myself. FWIW, big twins are very hard on carbon cans.

Big displacement twins have a particularly big power pulse/wave which really shortens the life of CF exhaust cans and packing. Lot of references and history discussing it. https://www.google.ca/#safe=off&q=rc...se+carbon+cans

I put titanium sleeves on mine (sourced via Harris Performance). No more problems with crusty carbon sleeves! Also put some thin rubber strip between the cans & the carbon Akra straps, which makes it a nice tight fit with no more rubbing on the cans now.
