I can appreciate the guys dedication and love for his bike but I think the actual tattoo isn't done all that well. The shading is bad and the speedo is an odd choice.

But props to him, I've never seen anybody with a tattoo like that

No ink on my carcass, but I have no issues with them that do. Long as they understand that skin only stays firm for a finite stretch (pun intended) of time. I had an urger to get some tats when I was much younger, but never had them done. Thankfully! My tastes have changed pretty radically since then and I'd feel pretty foolish at this stage in my life.

Duct tape can't fix stupid...but it sure helps muffle the sound

Thirty years from now, you'll probably have a bunch of kids yelling "hey grandma, show us your tramp stamp!!".
And she will, and the kids will all go screaming "ewwww" out the door.

The tats look good now, but...time takes it toll.

That is why I have no ink in me.... unless you count all those phone numbers I penned into my hands in high school

There is a lot of ink on me, I mean a lot I've heard all sides of the camp and the way I see it is this...all have meaning and each piece takes me somewhere that I love to recall.

No regrets and when I'm a very old man (not to say I'm not getting up there already) but who the hell is going to want to see me with my clothes off anyway?...lol

As for the fellow on 'Zilla all the power to him and his freedom to do what he wants and the conviction to do it!

I think the tattoo was done really well. I have seen so many awful tattoos as well as lots of really good ones. I agree that the speedo is kind of out of place but the rest of it is done well. I also have a couple of tattoos and they do mean something but to each his own.

It's hard to explain ink to people who just can't grasp it, and that's fine. Both my wife and I have tats, she actually has more than I do. I can say that every one we have took months to design, resulting from years of experiences that have deep meaning. We have them for us, nobody else. As much as we appreciate them, I never could understand someone walking into a tatoo shop..looking through dozens of pages of barbed wire and flowers and saying...."let's do that one!"
