What did you get for Christmas ????

The wifey got me a set of Venom Paddock stands and all kind of "Gold crap" for the R.C, Bar ends, spools, pre load adjusters and more.... and a few household items.....socks and un-mentionables for her to wear...not me. Also my favorite....white chocolate mmmmmmm, A Big can of Tim Hortons coffee too....which I have in my cup at the moment. The boys ( 4 ) and ( 11 month's ) are running/crawling around going nuts with all the wrapping paper and toys. Tis is a good day, cheers to you all !!!

I'm surrounded by the love of my family and friends.
'tis better to give than receive. I want for nothing.

But I did receive a titanium combo wrench set and aluminum paddock stand.

I got a phone call, about an officer who was injured earlier this morning making an arrest on a suspect. I had to get up and go to work and deal with another officer who came to work this morning after having to much to drink last night and believed he was fit for duty. So Im having just a Merry ol Christmas, sitting here at my desk.

Nice additions....I like how the wrenches spark when you throw them against the floor in frustration.

Been there.....thanks for taking one for the team.

Me, this Christmas I got nothing motorcycle related from my family.....but I took care of myself by ordering that Pitbull rear spool stand I have been eyeing.

Got shittered with my dad and my brothers. Not much of a drinker, but once a year I sit down with my old man and my two brothers and we polish off a bottle of my dads favourite scotch. Yuck, but its for my dad to see his boys together and laughing...

Goodtimes, I don't need or want much else. Family and my RC.

Wife's 102 year old grandma passed away on 22nd Dec, just before she got there to say her last goodbye. So the funeral followed on 23rd and burial on Xmas eve. Being too late to drive up in time for the funeral I stayed home with my 4 year old daughter enjoying our new cast Iron stove we recently imported from Vermont and had fitted in time for Xmas...

Had close friends over for festivities foods & drinks on 23rd, then went to their place for more of same on 24th & 25th. Have enjoyed having my 4 year old all to myself. Her Xmas has been fun & she's gorged herself on all sorts of cakes and sweets during mum's absence - she has me wrapped around her finger, but doesn't know it. She only needs to smile sweetly and I melt, lol.

Was going to drive the 700km overnight to Kobe with her, followed by a 2 1/2 hour ferry ride to the island where my inlaws live to meet my wife & 1 year old son and drive back before new years, but she's going to come back by bullet train & will leave tomorrow morning to be back here by late afternoon.

Looking forward to having her & our 1 year old boy by our side and drinking some nice Port wine in front of our fire after the kids go to sleep. Family & close friends is what it's all about for me at Christmas (Oh - and great food! ) - I don't care for presents & have a pet hate for shopping malls, personally - they stress me out!

Going to be cutting down some trees during the day before new year's with a young friend who will then chop & stack the wood so it dries in time for next year's fires. Nice bright & cool dry weather here - ideal for this kind of physical work before warming up by the fire in the evenings!
