I think you will have fun in that class. You will be outgunned but much better than having to run against the Panigales in BOT. You better check with the committee before you build. I doubt they will allow the SP2 swingarm. Good luck either way.

Hope everyone had a merry christmas and a happy new year. Some parts have trickled in and was able to score a mint tank for only $100 locally (pays to scour Craigslist). The swingarm and front calipers also arrived. I have been planning the wiring/electrical side of the build and know the CDI box is a weak link. Not to mention they're going for $$$ even for a used part. I contacted ignitech in the Czech Republic who can supply their SPARKER DC-CDI-P2 as a plug and play unit for 197 shipped to the states. Seems like a great option and will be going that route.

I've got an Ignitech DCCDIP on another bike , they're great. Fully programmable , outputs for tach and shift light , dual maps and adjustable rev limiter.

Wow, I am def interested in the CDI and curious....Just as curious about your build as I have a track dedicated RC and this sounds like a class the RC will be competitive in. Keep the news flowing!

Old thread I know but had the bike out to Roebling this past Monday. Ran great and never touched a single tool. Just made sure it had fuel and put the warmers on. Running Pirelli slicks in 120/200 in the SC1 compound and canít say enough good things about them.

Do you happen to have contact info regarding the DCCDIP? I am very interested and would love to give it a try.
Also, have you had any issues since install?

Hi Guys,
I have been following AHRMA rules changes for the 2020 season, and they will be allowing the SP2 to run in Next Gen Superbike 2. Lucky for me that I am buying one next week.
