Long Time No See

What's up everyone? Man alive, I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can't even remember the last time I was on this forum. I know, flog and quarter me. I got so wrapped up w/the facebook groups (which most of you are all a part of too) that I just forgot about this place. I feel so bad
I've got a lot of exciting stuff happening with work the next couple of years. I'll be posting more details about that in a soon to come future post. I look forward to seeing what's been going on in here and posting some updates with my lady, as there have been a few since I was here last.

Thumbs up

Hey stranger! Good to have you back.
Facebook did indeed siphon off a lot of activity, from ALL forums. But I don't think FB is necessarily to blame.
I think it's just human nature. Technology has changed so much in the last decade, and it was about 5 or 6 years ago I noticed a trend towards the decline of activity in the motorcycle and car forums. I'm thinking the forums of this type have kind of run their course, but it was a good run.
These forums aren't dead yet, tho. They still have value that FB can't offer. The most valuable being an archive, of good accurate information, that can be researched in a somewhat efficient manner. Can't say that for FB.

Anyhoo, good to hear you're getting fired up again for your RC51.

Garage
Welcome back norihaga41.. some of us are still active on the old forums

I agree with Jondog9s assessment there's more overall traffic on facebook but not better people or better bikes. You can find more reliable & comprehensive information on our bikes here, partly due to more enthusiasts with fewer squids lol

Share details & pics of your mods, upgrades or maintenance when you can
