I average about 190 when actually moving. It will climb a bit higher if I'm stopped. I might see 220 if stopped for a few minutes with out moving.

I am about the same, around 190 moving at freeways speeds in normal weather. If it is warm out then my temp tends to run higher. I have also seen the temp run lower if it is cold out... If i'm stuck in traffic moving 45 and below then I'm running hotter. I haven't seen the temp raise above 228.

I've only seen 220 when it's hot out and i'm moving slowly. I'm now running distilled water/water wetter and my temps are lower than when I was running Honda 50/50 coolant.

I also average about 180-190 when moving along. Will climb fairly quickly to about 220 once I stop unless I turn the radiator fan on early. I highly recommend the mod to add a switch because I have found can keep the bike much cooler if I turn it on about 210 or so anticipating a stop or slow moving traffic. My bike is a single fan SP1 and am running engine ice. In North Carolina where temperatures are now into the mid 80's.
