problem with tuning honda vtr 1000 sp1

Hello to all users of the forum) I have a honda vtr 1000 sp1 2000 issue. I decided to completely setunit your motorcycle to enhance the capacity of the motorcycle) and now in order ) the first photo it looks like my motorcycle)) the second photo I put airbox increased by about 25 litors it turns out instead of the stock 7 litres, it is also worth uvelichena nostril. The third and fourth photo did reprofiling of camshafts and the stroke of the intake shaft turned out 11.3), also removed the EGR sensor, put the PC 5 , there is a titanium full exhaust akrapovich, well, the extreme photo is the setting of the motorcycle on the dinostend, well, all this gave only 10 horsepower and 10 torque, and when setting up there was not one diffuser , I saw that there are on ebay sold different sizes of 25mm, 50mm and 70mm, well, I do not know what size to buy) and I think whether the sense if acquired brains hrc 38770-NL6-003 and whether these brains will stand on the drain wiring or also need wiring hrc? here's the problem I came so much tuning and all settings and indicators were added 10 horsepower and 10 torque) solicit your comments and discussions if someone knows what could be the problem or any suggestions I would be very grateful to all

Hi Vlad

Im in a similar situation.
I have a 2000 sp1 also and have stage 2 cams, ported heads, sp2 throttle bodies, Moriwaki carbon airbox, full exhaust and PCIII. It made 142hp.

I dont know anything about the HRC brains. Im would think someone here would have some input though.
Best of luck trying to get more power out of it.
Keep us posted on any progress.

your expectations are not in line with reality.

the 51 motor doesn't have a bunch of untapped horsepower sitting in wait to be released.

if you want 150 at the wheel, you need to bring a LOT of money.

it's not a yamaha where you can get a thin head gasket, degree the cams, full exhaust and a tune and get another 15hp out of it.

Completely right. Also, the HRC kit stuff is a pit. Unless you can find a bunch of parts you will always be chasing another piece of the puzzle to make it all work. The HRC complete racer ECU is NOT plug and play with the stock wiring harness. The Complete racer wiring and sensors were a bit different, as were the throttle bodies and fuel injectors. To make the HRC ECU work, you really need the HRC complete racer harness, Throttle bodies, and tuning box at a minimum.

The word "unobtanium" comes to mind. Unless your name is Jay Leno and then you can have one of the Euro-spec RC213V-S and sport kit. If you passed muster with HRC to start with...and smuggled it into the States since the US version was way down on HP and specs to start with. But why drool on what isn't meant for us pee-ons of real life...

Duct tape can't fix stupid...but it sure helps muffle the sound
