in need of sp2 front valve cover

Greetings and salutations from Tennessee. I am hoping that someone on here has a spare SP2 FRONT valve cover just laying around that I may buy. I bought some scoops from DHC (awesome product), and moved my horn, turned in tight and tire catches horn, horn goes into valve cover....and WHA LA...here i am....

HAHAHA oh man. i did the exact same thing. literally the EXACT thing. you can move the horn to the place that hopefully used to be occupied by the vacuum canister for the flapper valve. on the right side of the bike just below the right scoop.

good luck with the valve cover, i just bought a new one.

when you do change it, make DAMN SURE that the o-ring for the pair port is in place.

It's the same cover for SP1 and SP2.

Anyone have hints, suggestions, gotcha's, or watch out fors that they would like to impart to me before i start, such as....do i need to drop the engine in the frame? what can i expect to remove to get old one out and new one in....etc. etc. etc....Thank you in advance from Tennessee

You'll want to loosen off the rads. And DO NOT FORGET the oring and dowel pin for the pair valve.
