I started with an old performance bikes setup guide and went from there, I'm 85kilo/187pound without gear. I left the forks in the standard position but I need to add some rear ride height as the turn in is on the slow side.

Front
preload:1 line showing
compression: 15 clicks from full hard
rebound: 5 clicks from full hard
Rear
preload:4th step
compression: 14 from full hard
rebound: 2 turns out

So from this starting point, which way would you need to adjust the suspension for someone who is, say, more around the 230lb range?

The PB setup already has the front preload wound all the way in. Ride it and see what you think, traxxion dynamics do a preload spacer kit that should let you get closer to 35mm sag in the front that'd be a cheap fix.
